Firstly, I would like to take this chance to once again thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did selling our Pedders store.

It has been a pleasure to have signed up with you and have your company sell our business.

Your professionalism and outright hard work were without a doubt the best.  If it was not for you I believe we would still be for sale!

As you know we had a difficult time in stages of the sale, but you just kept smiling, putting one step in front of the other and made things happen.  The reassuring phone calls and the constant personal contact were second to none.  It is nice to have dealt with the man behind the name and your personal service really sets you and your business apart from all others.

Dear Allan...I have thought long and hard and if it is wise to write you a letter of appreciation for the work you have put in selling our business.  First you know is the barrier of language, as a bloody foreigner you can't express yourself properly and second will it be good or more harmful for the person concerned.

Having had experience with another broker before, there was quite a difference when we first met in your office.  You and Rod asked questions, and told me things I didn't want to hear and you both didn't agree with what I wanted.  So I asked myself...what the hell are these guys up to?

You kept us well informed all the time and everything was running smoothly behind the scenes.  It took a while to get a contract and you had to put in a lot of work to satisfy the potential buyer conditions.  It was disappointing when the contract fell apart, because you had done a great job so far and we had to start from  scratch.

You always said our business will be hard to sell, but you never gave me the impression it would be impossible - only hard.  And you went the hard yards and then here was the next  contract.  This time it happened quickly and with no problems.  And believe me, when the cheque for your company was due I thought..Allan deserves it.  He is a great bloke and an honest representative of his profession.
